All facilities were under a good condition. This has valid also for the swimmingpool and the property at all. Also the breakfast (what was served in a restaurant approx. 800m away from the resort) was OK! But, if you would like to have changes or additionals you have to pay extra. The coffee they served was absolut terrible. Bitter!!! Several hours heated I think - really a bad quality. Cleanliness - hmmm...a full hand of hair from the last renter we found on the floor when we checked in. Cockroach and big ants we found also on our bed - and sorry we killed them. It is very noisy at weekends as young Bangkok professionals come to party at weekends 2\. There is no nightlife here at all and no English TV so nothing to do in the evenings except read 3\. No hot water (apparently) and the worst breakfast we have suffered in our travels in SE Asia. The girl serving was very sweet and eager to please. I could still (long) walk to the beach, but the worst part was that the misinformation caused great trouble in finding the hotel - and I was on a motor bike whose main job is ferrying guests from the bas stop to the various hotels in that area. we wasted too much time in looking for the hotel 'cos it's not on the beach as I thought. anyway, the hotel itself is quite nice - very cozy, clean, and in a quiet area. ##### adventure
