Walking distance of Khao Takiab Beach & Hua Hin Beach. The beach areas here are very popular with locals & tourists so some great restaurants can be found. 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area, study area, big balcony, lounge, TV, wifi, washing machine, kingsize bed & 3 A/C units. 4 swimming pools, jacuzzi, fitness, cafe, gardens, library etc on site. Many shops nearby, 7 eleven, Tops, open 24hrs. 4 swimming pools on site. Big jacuzzi in one pool. Khao Takiab Beach just 3 minutes walk away. Many beach restaurants just 3 minutes walk away, plus many restaurants set back from the beach. Tops, 7/11 convenience stores just a few minutes walk away. Open 24 hrs. Monkey Mountain can be seen from the condo balcony, and there is lots to explore here. Sea Pines Golf Course just 2 km away, plus 8 other golf courses within 30 minutes drive. Hua Hin city centre / Hua Hin beach 10 minutes on the bus / taxi. Kite surfing, jetski, horse riding, beach bars, seafood restaurants etc all available on Hua Hin beach. Two big shopping malls in the city - Market Village & Bluport. Over 1000 restaurants and bars to choose from, all within 6 km of city centre. Hua Hin is only 3 hours bus/taxi ride from Bangkok. All of the condo facilities are available for guests to use. Gym, 4 pools, jacuzzi pool, on site cafe, beautiful garden, sun beds, library etc. All electricity used during your stay must be paid by the guest at 5B / unit.
