I've already mentioned that I can't access their line contact for some reason, that was told 3 times to communicate via line. Obviously failed to listen When I'm stuck outside, she even insist that I'll need to make payment before can enter... till I said I'll make the payment after putting my luggage. Totally a failed in handling simple operations and basic...

"By the time I entered the hotel lobby I was regretted to book this hotel. Messy presentation. Room is terrible with wet smell. Bathroom mold everywhere. Breakfast very depressed compared with other hotels in Taiwan, they present a menu let you choose one day in advance and they ordered from a restaurant early in the morning, when the time you have your breakfast becomes chilled. The one star I give is because they have free laundry. "

"Nice and big room. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, the sheet was clean. The bathroom wall, glass was not clean and there are a lot of water stain, but nothing concerning. The staff was really nice."
