The property and rooms are absolutely beautiful, and the food is delicious. The baths are wonderful and overlook the surrounding mountains and river. But the best part of our stay was the kind and helpful staff. The rooms are nicely appointed and have a warm, yet modern feel. However, the service was not quite what I hoped it would be. The staff seemed overwhelmed with guest requests at times. I think this is likely due to being slightly understaffed and management not clearly defining the roles of various staff members. For example, it was never clear who to talk to about checking in/out or dining arrangements.
