The hospitality was superb. The decor was lovely very stylish. I loved that we were in an area that was accessible to public transportation. I was able to jump on the bus and go to grand Villa and Plaza de España. There was a local market down the street where in case you want to buy water and fruit and yogurt and just necessities that you may want in your room I highly recommend the hotel when we go back to Madrid I will be staying there.

Fabulous stay at Hotel Riu! The doorman and all the staff are exceptionally polite, fresh tasty breakfast and brilliant views from the 360 bar on the rooftop.
Great location, easy to get to everything with good links with the metro.
We had a great size room overlooking the fountain which was lovely and so comfortable.
Definitely recommend a stay at Hotel Riu Plaza!
The weather was amazing so we would of loved for the pool and terrace to be open but that just means we will have to visit again :)
