Great communication beforehand. The house is clean and well organized with labels and little reminders here and there. The kitchen is a gem with lots of the essentials for cooking and eating. I payed to stay for one night. After I paid I was told there was no power at the property due to flood. Could NOT get in contact with host because I had poor signal. After I finally got in contact with the host and talked to him about the power he said I would be issued a refund. I called VRBO and told them about the situation. VRBO contacted the host, then told me the host said There was no power before I paid for the stay… which was false. That makes zero sense to book somewhere with no power…. So I filed a claim through VRBO and was told I would not be issued a refund. I will no longer be booking through VRBO EVER AGAIN. Hopefully this review stops someone else from being scammed…. I PAID TO STAY THERE AND NEVER STEPPED FOOT INTO THE PROPERTY…. I BASICALLY PAID JUST TO WRITE A REVIEW ##### Josh G.
