The location and layout of the house is perfect for spending time with my college student. We love the big couch and catching up on all our favorite shows. This is the place. This property is very cute and EXTREMELY clean. The proximity to UH is very convenient, and we never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. There were no issues parking our car in the street. Property managers were very communicative and quick to respond to any inquiry we had.
