The first bedroom is a mostly-white retreat with original hardwood floors, wispy curtains over a trio of windows, a cozy King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is a bright, airy space with a king-size bed, neutral color tones, decorative light fixtures, and plenty of natural light. Bedroom three features two twin beds, and bedroom four has a Queen bed. Need more places to sleep? The daybed on the fourth floor pulls out into a trundle and becomes two extra twin beds. The bedrooms feature luxurious mattresses, high-end linens, and beautiful details. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ Three full bathrooms and an additional half bath (on the second floor right off the kitchen) in each house makes it easy to get ready. Finding a place that could house >10 people was really good. We rented two of the attached homes. The kitchen and living room area in each home had plenty of space for us to have diner and enjoy our time together. Special times! The bedrooms were comfortable. What a master bathroom! The location was convenient. The only three recommendations I would have are: 1) make sure there is enough bathroom towels and dishes for the number of guests; 2)the instructions for the TV are clear (we could not access live TV in one of the house) and 3) the appliances are working (no ice in one of the fridge). Plenty of space for me and my friends. The master bedroom bathroom is huge with a walk-in closet. Not to far from restaurants and the Mall. I would recommend this location to everyone. Lee was very professional and understanding as well. Only negative thing I have to say is Lee takes a long time to respond or don’t respond at all. This rental was spacious with comfortable beds, furnishings for gathering together, and plenty of bathrooms, pans for cooking. Very clean, nice nbhd to walk around in. Could have used some kitchen towels and hot pads. Great stay. ##### Lee C.
