You will have access to the pool, gym, computer room, garage, and the entire apartment expect the cleaners closet which contains cleaning supplies. I will be available for any questions or concerns throughout your stay by text/call. Quiet neighborhood. Getting around would be best by car. Towing is enforced. You must make sure the temporary parking permit provided is visible in your vehicle. All other vehicles without a parking permit must park on the 5th floor which is Visitors Parking. The parking permit will be on the counter inside of the unit. MAKE SURE you immediately go place it in your car upon checking-in as we are NOT responsible for any vehicles towed. 1\. Check-in is at 4:00pm, absolutely no bag drop offs are allowed. (Early check-ins may be available at a $50 fee, ask host.) 2\. The Cleaners will be at the property at 10AM. Checkout is promptly at 10:00 am unless prior arrangements were made. (All unauthorized late check-out will be charged $60 after 20 minutes pass checkout. Also, a $60 per hour fee until checked out. The cleaners will charge me if you're not out, please check-out on time. 3\. Parties are not permitted. This is our most important rule which will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. 4\. No additional guests are allowed that were not previously stated on the reservation. ($50 per night for each unauthorize guest) 5\. A RING doorbell camera is installed for the safety of all our guest, and for home security purposes. ANY sort of tampering with the camera will result in a $500 fine and cancellation of your reservation with no refund. 6\. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. This includes inside of the unit, on the balcony, in the hallways, or in the garage. Smoking is 100% prohibited on this property. ($500 fine if this rule is broken.) 7\. You are held responsible for any items that are broken/missing in the unit. Also, please avoid eating/drinking on the bed. Any linens that are found severely stained will be charged to you. 8\. Guest cannot receive any packages via courier service or the mail, without prior approval from the host. 9\. Quiet Hours starts at 10:00 PM. Please be courteous to the neighbors. 10\. Had to sit on the side of the road trying to figure out how to get in/wait for info. Carpet is horribly stained. I will say the rest of the apt seemed somewhat clean but definitely not great impression. Apt location was loud. There was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms. A lot of the ‘cutesy’ lights shown on listing didn’t even work. Asked the owner one question during the duration of our stay and they never responded. Was in town for medical reasons and will definitely stay somewhere else recommended by MDA/with someone who partners with MDA from now on. ##### Katie H. First of all we arrived early so I messaged the property owner and asked if it were possible to check in early and he agreed. When we arrived the property looks much better than the listing online. The apartment complex was close to downtown and fairly simple to navigate to from the interstate. The apartment was just as described with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a nice little balcony overlooking the pool. Our kids enjoyed all the extra decorations and lighting and most importantly the the swing. It was spacious and clean and they had sheets and blankets for the pull out sofa/bed.
