This house features two king beds, one queen pullout sofa bed, one twin daybed two 50 inch TVs and kitchenette in the master bedroom. This space is perfect for families, groups of friends, co-working groups and anyone who has discerning taste for quality.

\*\*\*\*The kitchen and bathroom surfaces in this space are professionally BLEACH CLEANED in between every visit. BLEACH is the best disinfectant for sanitizing.\*\*

Check-in begins at 5:00 pm and check-out ends at 10:00 am.  
  
Street parking is available right in front of the house either on Park drive or Edgewood street. There is also a paid covered garage parking for $10 per night per car. Max capacity is 2 vehicles. Ceiling clearance in the garage is 7 ft. Paid parking is subject to availability.

You may find clean sheets and towels in the washer and dryer located in the laundry area. If you need to use the dryer, please remove and set it on the side. If you need to use the washer, please transfer and run the dryer. Thank you.

There are always fresh fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment.  
  
Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen.  
  
Pets are allowed. 25 pounds or less, the pet fee is $25 per night per pet. 26 pounds and over, the pet fee starts at $50 per night per pet. Please let us know if you want to bring a pet at the time of booking. Once booked, we will require a $250 pet cleaning deposit fee on the day of reservation. Refundable on the check-out day if no damage or excessive animal fur in the space. Also, we will require a picture of the pet.  
  
For undisclosed pets brought into the listing, there is an additional $250 fee.  
  
Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well please pick up your pet's waste. If there is excessive pet hair in the space we will not refund the $250 pet cleaning deposit fee.
