There were two authorizations and the difference releases at check out. Please allow 3-5 or 5-7 business days for this to reflect on your account.There were no internet charges, but valet was serviced for 3 nights, and there was a restaurant charge. I want you to know that incidents such as these are quite rare. It therefore causes me great concern when something like this does happen. Your input will help us to sharpen our policies and procedures. This will further minimize the possibility of recurrence in the future.
