This is a brand new house with nice amenities. We would certainly stay here again, and we liked it because it was accessible to downtown.Were there some hiccups? Yes. With adequate cleaning they would be resolved next time. FWIW, the Fourth Ward is under significant street reconstruction (Sept 2025), and the streets are super tight due to the historic nature of this neighborhood, but we were able to get around. Overall, we thought this neighborhood was moderately safe. A lot of the homes are newer, but there's a handful of trashy or dilapidated properties in this part of town. ##### Luke K.
