We arrived to discover that I had book a room that did not suit our needs, so I spoke with the front desk attendant, Angela, and she was very helpful in switching us to a room more suited to our family needs. Thank you Angela!
The room, however, was disappointing in that it needed serious cosmetic fixes. The A/C was literally in the bedroom with a door that was unlocked. I had a 1 year old with me and we constantly had to make sure something was holding that door shut. Seems like a liability to keep that door with no way to secure it. The amount of money people spend to stay here should be better put to use making the rooms more pleasing to the eyes. You pay more to not stay at a run down hotel, but honestly this hotel looked like one of those places.
