This NEW 3 bedroom, 3 and a half tri-level modern home was built in 2022\. This space will give family and friends the fellowship of being together, but with the privacy of having their own space. Each room in this modern artsy home has its own private full bathroom. It's less than 5 mins from the Galleria Mall and ideal for business travel, fantastic bar and nightlife, restaurants, parks and family activities. It is 10 mins from NRG, Medical Center, Downtown, Midtown and much more.
