Nice hotel close to the airport.

Since the hotel is close to the airport, people leave their vehicle parked long term. The hotel needs to designate a parking area for long term. Also they need to pave the back parking area. The back parking area was full of holes and very muddy. I stayed there about 3 years ago the parking situation was still the same. No improvement to the parking area in the last 3 years. Over crowed parking areas.

Pros: The reception staff, the shuttle service, the shower.
Cons: Room urgently,
Location: Location close to the airport. Nearby a restaurant if it possible, worst of the hotel

It was close to hotel and provided a shuttle. It was just a bed for an inexpensive rate.

Not dependable pick up from airport shuttle

It took him 45 minstrel to make a 3 mile drive the holtel is ok breakfast fair do not order from bar the food comes from the restaurant in the parking lot and it's ok

Shuttle to/from airport: called three times, was told it would be there shortly. Waited over an hour. Driver claims to have not received call. Dispatcher claims to have spoken to driver. Attitude of driver and dispatcher added to frustration. When you offer the amenity, you need to deliver

Close to Airport, FREE Shuttle

Pros: Fridge and free coffee in the room. Free Breakfast.
Cons: Could use a little sprucing up. Seemed clean, could use fresh carpet and maybe some paint here and there. The lobby furniture could use an update.
Location: Not much nearby, but the airport, but that is why I chose it.
Staff was really nice. Convenient to the Airport.

Convenient, inexpensive and clean

Pros: Price. Location. Quality is good enough.
Cons: Hallways and main floor flooring is a bit old. Elevators insides are a bit tattered.
Location: Airport and a lot of companies are nearby. Tour 18 Golf Course in Humble is a great course.
It's not the Ritz, but for the price and convenience to the airport, you can't beat it. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They don't kiss your butt like the Ritz but, they are more like your nextdoor neighbor. Helpful and efficient enough to get you what you need. If you nwant your butt kissed then pay 6x more at the Ritz (lol). The room was surprisingly modernized (TV newish bed and linens, etc). Small item -- until you notice -- THey use AT&T Uverse for their cable and AT&T offers a zillion more channels than the typical selection you gert at other more expensive places. In all, a great value for the money.

Quite uncomfortable, dark outdated rooms, breakfast was not appealing at all, however the staff was helpful and location was great
