I love they had breakfast in the morning The staff were very respectful great and at your assistance My room was a 4/10 tho they didn’t vacuum My room had a real strong order but once I reported it they didn’t vacuum come in fix the order and more that I did need which made the rate of the room go from 4/10 to a 7/10 I believe they need more cleaning supplies they need to vacuum more and also they need to have someone to clean the elevators and hall around the clock to maintain the up keeping of the whole facility they also need security due to homeless issue outside but the whole experience is a 7/10

I had a 3-day stay at this hotel and the staff was good I just had one problem it seemed my air condition worked when it wanted too but I wasn't about to complain because I was okay. The breakfast is always good which consists of several items like cereal,bagels, eggs, bacon or sausage depending on the day, coffee, yogurt ,muffins, waffles you have to make yourself and much more. Overall it was an ok experience and I will definitely always return when I'm visiting Houston.

It is time to remodel and replace. The facility has reached the end of its useful life, and modernization is required—including improvements to the entrance, better parking lot lighting and signage, replacement of window coverings, new carpeting, and a fresh coat of paint. It boasts an excellent location with easy access to I-10, situated right across from Taco Bell and Burger King.

I’ve stayed here a few times already and each time is great. No complaints. Fresh breakfast in the morning, staff is always helpful and polite, and the area is a little rough, but the property is super safe, and has proper security policies to keep its guest safe!

Cleanliness was fine for what you pay for but found a hair in the shower when we first checked in, saw someone’s bobby pins on the carpet by the bed and toenail clippings by the wall. Also a questionable mark on the wall of possibly a bug? The guy at check in said maybe 10 words and basically none at check out. The breakfast was not that good and none of us liked the eggs. But it was the cheapest option so you get what you pay for. On the plus side there’s a few cheap and quick restaurants nearby.

Beds were nice and clean and breakfast was good but elevators need attention and it was not a warm and welcoming environment. Check on was quick and easy but receptionist was not cheerful and she was very quiet. There were lots of sketchy people and activities in the lobby and parking lot at night but room was quiet and no interruptions during two day stay.

The room had a slight smell. I did kill a small roach in the bathroom and there was a lady bug in my room. The 1st night, was hard to sleep. The TV kept turning on by itself and the TV remote did not work. The 2nd Day, my room was not cleaned. There was daily breakfast that was good. and the room was made up nice otherwise

Bed sheets seemed clean. The check in lady was pretty quiet, we asked for directions several times, and could barely hear her. We got to the room and we were met face to face with a roach on the inside of the door as we went to close it. As we walked in there was poop wiped on the wall by the big mirror and another roach on the wall by the window. We didn’t even try the breakfast because the cleanliness of the room made us feel the kitchen would be just as bad.

I wasn't informed before booking the I would also have to pay a $50 deposit. I booked through Expedia, so I don't fault the hotel, it just would've been nice to know before booking. Staff was super nice and extremely helpful. The hotel is clearly old and needs some deep cleaning and remodeling.

The place was very clean well I thought it was. Walking out the side door to my car, I saw roaches on the wall. This morning me and my husband got up to shower, there were more roaches in the bathroom. Room smelled like pee. Other than that, staff is very nice people
