This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around. • Please note that though the listing shows 2 bunk beds, there is only 1 bunk bed (2 full beds). Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs. • To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please understand that since the hot tub is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the hot tub. Our hot tub maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the hot tub and take care of any necessary upkeep. The game table was a miniature, but my kids still had a lot of fun playing on it. The owners were great at communicating promptly. Good quality beds that were comfortable and all new appliances in the kitchen. There were no cleaning chores like many rentals leave you with, which made check out nice. The only downfall of this house is that it only has one restroom and the toilet got clogged out so we had to go to the nearest gas station, but they came to fix while we were out so by the time we got back it was fixed.
