This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around. The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage (2 cars). If you need more parking spaces, you can park on the street but only where we instruct you. MAX 2 CARS AT ALL TIMES. You CANNOT park in front of the garage/driveway or on Bastrop St in front of property complex (NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY). This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around. • Please note that though the listing shows 4 beds, there are only 3 actual beds. The last “bed” is a twin-size foldable bed. • Fridge dispenses ice, but it does NOT dispense water. • To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish.
