Also the neighborhood is more urban and may feel less polished compared to other areas of the city. Guests will share access to outdoor spaces and laundry facilities with other residents. These units are very cost effective for groups of three or four. We want to provide full transparency so you can make the best choice for your stay. ★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★ We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.
