High end stainless appliances include French door refrigerator, 5 burner gas range with microwave, dishwasher, in an open kitchen with granite counters. Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home is 5 minutes from the medical center and NRG stadium, 10 minutes to Downtown, the Galleria and the museum district. The home has ATT Uverse 300 mps Internet and DTV. There is a 55” high def LCD TV in the living room and LCD TV's in the master bedroom. There is a King, Queen, two Twin beds and a Futon in the Study and a ottoman that expands to a single bed.. There is a dining room table for 6 with a leaf expansion to seat 8\. There is a large fenced in backyard. The house is spacious and has plenty of room for a family to sit and relax.The house has everything we needed for cooking meals - pots, pans, bean masher! Plus games and books.Claire’s communication was fantastic. She sent welcome information and left lists of recommendations. She was very quick to respond and very helpful. The updated kitchen was very nice, comfortable beds and a quiet neighborhood. Claire communicated very well with us about the check in process and anything else we might need.
