The last “bed” is a high-quality queen-size air mattress. • Please note that though the listing shows 2 bunk beds, there is only 1 bunk bed(2 queen-size beds). Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs. • To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule. • This property includes a hot tub outside. Please understand that since the hot tub is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the hot tub. Rest assured that we do hot tub maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the hot tub after we have cleaned it. Our hot tub maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the hot tub and take care of any necessary upkeep. They might stop by during your stay, but please rest assured that they’ll only be working outside and won’t disturb you. This maintenance is essential to ensure the hot tub remains in great condition for you and future guests. • There is a small apartment unit at the very back of the property lot that is rented out by a long-term tenant. The apartment is not attached to this house, it is completely separate and will not affect your stay at all. Since the apartment shares the same driveway gate, you may see the tenant coming into his apartment. He is not allowed to park on the driveway so you might see him walking by, but please do not worry about it. Also, he does not live there permanently and only comes in occasionally. The first is that there is an unmistakable smell of sewage likely coming from a leak in the drain lines. The owner was made aware and made minimal effort to correct this. The next thing to be aware of is the location. This property is located in an area that feels very unsafe. We were kept up late at night with the sound of speakers booming at max volume, cars racing up and down the street, and someone beating on the door in the middle of the night. Finally, cleanliness was an issue. One bed had a large stain on the sheets and another had a need for pest treatment. The inside of the property appears to be updated, but be cautious of loose door handles and a couch that has been repaired with 2x4’s. The pictures look nice on the posting, but be sure to research the location and verify the sewage has been addressed before booking. ##### Jonathan P. The house is located on a busy street so we could hear traffic all the time. However, the house was very close to all of the places we visited so that was ok. The house was spacious and very clean. The location worked out nicely for us! The beds were comfortable! The only problem we had was the showers had no water pressure. There was plenty of room and entertainment possibilities for them. We slept well and had everything we needed. The small touches like make-up removal towels and welcome note were really appreciated.
