Welcome to Lodgeur at Mid Main Lofts! This trendy apartment community is in the heart of Midtown, Houston’s most walkable neighborhood. There are dozens of bars and restaurants on your doorstep and a METRORail station (3 stops to the Texas Medical Center or Downtown). This 7th-floor furnished studio apartment (512 SF) is perfect for short and extended stays, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a workspace with fast WiFi. Onsite, there’s free parking, a pool, and a 24/7 gym.  
  
You will be staying in a private apartment (a 512 SF studio on the 7th floor), so you’ll have the space to yourself. You’ll be able to pick up your keys 24/7/365 with our self-check-in process once you’ve completed our guest verification process with your government photo ID.  
  
Each Lodgeur listing is fully equipped for both short and extended stays. You’ll be able to:  
  
\- Relax in a living room equipped with a sofa, armchair, 50-inch smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker  
  
\- Work remotely with a desk, task lamp, office chair, and fast fiber internet WiFi (50+ Mbps)  
  
\- Get a great night’s sleep in our comfortable king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, soft sheets, cozy pillows, blackout curtains, and a white noise machine

\- We use smart devices to monitor noise levels, and the building has video surveillance  
\- No smoking/vaping inside the property, on the balcony, or around the building  
\- No pets (except service animals) on short stays; fees and conditions apply on extended stays  
\- The building requires us to check governments IDs and perform a background check for adults before arrival  
\- Fees for parties/damages, bringing unauthorized pets, late check-out  
  
This is a large apartment community with hundreds of residents and is located in an exciting and bustling urban neighborhood. There is the potential for noise from traffic and public transport, as well as commercial neighbors (e.g. restaurants, bars, retail stores) and their patrons.

Points faibles : Propreté, état et installations de l’hébergement

Town is very unsafe. Homeless people constantly around the property. We have people banging to out apartment at 2am yelling and screaming . People partying all night long and dont care about others.We couldn't call anyone because there no manager on duty to file complaint. We got no rest only stress! Very unsafe! Very violent town. Police sirens all night long. Apartment was dirty. There is sofa bed but not allowed to sleep on it. No extra beddings or blankets. People that rents there are not friendly. Most people we saw were drunk and aggressive. Homeless people begging for stuff constantly and following people around. Do not rent there! Very unsafe place. Stay in downtown! Not in midtown! Keep your families safe!
