Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. The NEST thermostat is programmed to continually reset to 76F so the place did not stay comfortable. Very annoying. Waking up every nice to a hot, humid, sticky room. The internet quit working as well. The TV is internet only so we had no internet and no TV for several days. No response from the management despite many calls and text messages. On Monday, with local building management present (unrelated to apartment management) we tried calling DRIFTRS together 3x during regular business hours. There was no answer and no call back - EVER. Extremely poor customer service. Many messages were left. If you book this property, be forewarned, there is zero customer service and there are many problems with the property. The unit it self was “picked up” but I would NOT say clean.
