I will be available for any questions or concerns throughout your stay by text/call. Quiet Neighborhood By car or ride share such as Uber, & Lyft would be best. Towing is enforced. You must make sure the temporary parking permit provided is visible in your vehicle. All other vehicles without a parking permit must park on the 5th floor which is Visitors Parking. The parking permit will be on the counter inside of the unit. MAKE SURE you immediately go place it in your car upon checking-in as we are NOT responsible for any vehicles towed. 1\. Check-in is at 4:00pm, absolutely no bag drop offs are allowed. (Early check-ins may be available at a $50 fee, ask host.) 2\. The Cleaners will be at the property at 11AM. Checkout is promptly at 11:00 am unless prior arrangements were made. (All unauthorized late check-out will be charged $60 after 20 minutes pass checkout. Also, a $60 per hour fee until checked out. The cleaners will charge me if you're not out, please check-out on time. 3\. Parties are not permitted. This is our most important rule which will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. 4\. No additional guests are allowed that were not previously stated on the reservation. ($50 per night for each unauthorize guest) 5\. A RING doorbell camera is installed for the safety of all our guest, and for home security purposes. ANY sort of tampering with the camera will result in a $500 fine and cancellation of your reservation with no refund. 6\. No smoking or vaping inside of the unit. Please step to the patio or outside to smoke, ensuring that either door is closed behind you so smoke don't enter inside. ($300 Fine if this rule is violated) 7\. You are held responsible for any items that are broken/missing in the unit. Also, please avoid eating/drinking on the bed. Any linens that are found severely stained will be charged to you. 8\. Guest cannot receive any packages via courier service or the mail, without prior approval from the host. 9\. Quiet Hours starts at 10:00 PM. Please be courteous to the neighbors. 10\. I have always felt safe and comfortable when staying here. Plus, the owner is so sweet and accomodating! We really could not say enough amazing things about this place. But upon checking we noticed that the place was not cleaned before check in , bathrooms were messy and decor was broken , some furniture was broken . Upon that when we checked in we took few minutes before we placed the parking tag on our car , within minutes our car was towed away and it took us an hour to get hold of the property office to find out where our car was taken as nobody would answer the call . After getting the address spending 25 in uber we find out our car was not at this location, the towing company took the car to different storage which was 30 mins away , we spent 35 in uber again because of miss information provided by property management, and finally we paid 300 to release our car from the storage . The rooms were spacious the beds were super comfortable and plenty of room for my group of 5 adults. The area is nice and safe with beautiful million dollar homes surrounding the area. If you get this place you have to try an amazing restaurant thats right down the street about a mile and a half, its call frnds. This place was very chill with great music, food, drinks and hookah. Back to the house, The only thing i would suggest is a fresh coat of paint on the cabinets and when we first entered the house it did smell like someone had smoked in there but the smell did go away, but thats no falt to the owner. The beds were comfortable and the swing in the living room was a nice touch - very relaxing to hang in there for a bit. The kitchen was also well stocked. Note that the apartment faces a school parking lot so the lights from the lot can be a little bright in the morning and the road noise is a little there. Bring a sleeping mask and a sound machine if either of those may bother you; otherwise, the neighborhood was great with lots of food choices and the property manager was very responsive! ##### Claudia W. The only reason I couldnā€™t give this rental an excellent rating is because the host took several hours to answer messages sometimes which is unusual in my experience with previous hosts Iā€™ve rented from and there were mustangs literally racing in the parking garage on multiple occasions which I know the host has no control over but it does cause a safety issue. ##### Kendra S. The place was exactly as the pictures show on the listing . Very clean and roomy for 3 people to stay . The manager was extremely helpful and replied back quickly. We enjoyed our stay . Shops and restaurants were a 3 minute drive or 14 minute walk. . The only problem was the pool wasnā€™t available due to maintenance work so was a little disappointed.
