The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the floor plan was perfect for our group of seven (although the home would have accommodated more!) It is located very close to Downtown Houston with a CVS two blocks away and a Whole Foods just around the corner. We appreciated the two-car garage and the easy access to Allen Parkway and Memorial Park. Excellent home! The instructions in the email were very clear and informative except the code to enter the residence was incorrect. Had to call the owner to gain access to the property with a different code. But it was very quick! The Texas Heat is very real and the A/C in the house took a longtime to cool the house down. It doesn't go below 72 degrees, therefore the house was very warm for the most part. The beds were worn in and need to be replaced, you definitely sink into a dent that was created by previous renters. There are no face cloths provided in the house. Overall, the stay was very good! It is extremely clean, modern and new - and exactly as shown in the photos. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. The location is very close to the Museum District and Med Center, our family enjoyed accessing the Zoo and Natural History Museum in just a 5 minute ride. The neighborhood is lively and there is nightly music and activity, which was louder and busier than anticipated. Overall it was a great stay, just be aware of audible neighborhood music in the evenings. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful. ##### Alexis C.
