This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around. The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (4 cars). GARAGE is not available. NO street parking. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES. Since this property is a little far from central Houston, the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation) does not go all the way there. However, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around. • Please note that though the listing shows 4 beds, there are only 2 actual beds. The other “beds” are a twin-size sofa bed and a high-quality queen-size air mattress. • Even though we include a gas grill, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks. • Even though we include a fire pit, we do NOT include firewood. Always put out the fire after using the fire pit and never leave fire burning unattended. • To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish.
