Always put out the fire after using the fire pit and never leave fire burning unattended. • To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule. • This property includes a hot tub/pool outside. Please understand that since the hot tub/pool is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the hot tub/pool. Rest assured that we do hot tub/pool maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the hot tub/pool after we have cleaned it. Our hot tub/pool maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the hot tub/pool and take care of any necessary upkeep. They might stop by during your stay, but please rest assured that they’ll only be working outside and won’t disturb you. This maintenance is essential to ensure the hot tub/pool remains in great condition for you and future guests. • To ensure proper pool maintenance, please do not turn off the outdoor hose bib/tap, as it controls the automatic pool water filler. I would recommend this house 10/10\. I had a group of 7 teenage boys and they absolute loved the hot tub. There was plenty of room for all of us comfortably. It was close to everything we went and did as well. Will defiantly book again. ##### Megan L. One call was all it took maintenance company was there first thing in the morning to repair the problem. Restaurants and shops are a few miles away so be prepared to drive or Uber. This was the perfect place for what we were looking for. A little oasis close enough to downtown that getting to the nice restaurants only took a few minutes but far enough away to enjoy some quite relaxation. The place is a bit austere, you can tell no one lives here, that's not a bad thing for some people. The fridge was absolutely pristine.The window in the main bedroom doesn't seem to be completely airtight and you can hear sirens that go by the main road. I had to sleep with my AirPods. One of the beds is on a nice large bed frame that's an actual furniture piece, but the other two are set on a steel frame pieces that are a bit noisy to sleep on. There is no coffee grinder, FYI. But they were able to get us regular sugar delivered right after I pointed out there was none to be found. They responded very fast to our concerns. ##### Patricia R.
