Never disappoints
Each time I visit Houston I stay at this location. Wasn’t sure about staying at a hotel this weekend with the coronavirus spreading but I felt comfortable here. It’s super clean, comfy and close to shopping area and easy access to highway. Rooms have beautiful views of the city and unlike other hotels, parking is free. Will always return!

Probably will not stay here again!!
I was on a weekend trip with my husband and our stay was ok. When noticed a few roaches in our room, also had to call the front desk because our TV was not working, and the door in the bathroom had stains on it. The elevator had a horrible smell every time we got on and off of it. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The hotel and its public rooms were stylish, although a bit dated, and in nice shape. The parking lot is huge, so you’ll find free parking, but it’s huge and wide open, often leaving you a bit of a walk to the building - mostly only a problem if it’s rainy or really hot - it’s Houston, do the math. The room was nice, though a bit cramped and with low ceilings, but the beds were worn out, saggy, and needed to be changed for new.

I liked the friendliness of the shuttle staff and I did not care for the location....the name is Hilton Houston Galleria and this is misleading.

Beds, pillows, blankets, lighting. The worst was the room air conditioner, it didn't turn off, it was still on, fan blowing all the time.

I enjoyed the eclectic neighborhood it was located in. But did not enjoy the very thin walls that allowed my kids to hear vivid conversations occurring in neighboring rooms. Better insulation in the walls can help provide guest with a good nights rest, or at least have staff or signage remind guest that elevators in close proximity to the rooms should observe the volume of their conversations.

Liked the clean hotel room, I could tell the sheets and blankets were all freshly clean. I also like the mini fridge and the coffee setup. Theres is no closet, so nowhere to hang clothes which is strange. bathroom is a little small. Breakfast should have been included with the cost of the room, and definitely wasn’t worth $16

Disgraceful. No air or heat in the room, slept freezing one night, moved to another room the following day several rooms down. Poor poor experience overall.

I canceled my 2-day reservation after pulling up to the property. I didn’t feel safe, since I had 2 children with me. They charged me for 1-night ($185) and I didn’t even go in the hotel. They would not give me a credit to book another location. They advertised this location as being in the Galleria area...not true. Very dissatisfied! I actually found a 5-star hotel in the Galleria for $25/night less.

The hotel was old, carpet dirty, and had a bad smell. The lobby will deceive you as it's the nicest part of the hotel. The hotel is overpriced based on its condition.

Great location, service was fantastic, property is a bit ran down. Low water pressure, shower didn't warm up enough, but these were signs of age.

My bathroom had no hot water and had low water pressure. There was only one microwave in the entire hotel and it was on the first floor, not to mention was half broken and smelled terrible. The elevator was stuck with a person in it when I arrived and a room in the same hall as mine was smoking. Would never ever be caught here again.
