The unit was nice, exactly as pictured. A bit smaller than other units in the same complex. It could use a fresh coat of paint. Curtains on the bed room windows would be nice addition. The shades don’t block the light out very well. Overall the place was nice and I would recommend.

#### Nice place

Couldn’t get my 4x4 in parking garage. Didn’t really know where the key cafe was. Had to ask lease agent. My mom had an accident and we had to leave early, but that’s no one’s fault. If you’re in the area for sporting events it’s great, but we were pressed to find things to do otherwise.

#### Perfect for events at NRG!

We went to a football game at the NRG stadium and it was walking distance! Everything was as expected and the host was great communicating with. We had issues with wifi, but Esther immediately jumped on it and had the company out to assist! The only not as great experience was access to the apartment complex with the fob, it didn’t work at all doors and other renters were having the same issue, which is nothing that the host could change; also there could be better directions to find the apartment itself in the arrival instructions as it was a maze inside! If you’re looking for a good bar scene or things to do outside of the football game, there was not much within walking distance within that regard. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for why we were there! We enjoyed our stay!

This property was described and pictured exactly the same when we arrived. Check in process was easy and the host kept in contact during the entire stay. Everything was so smooth and peaceful.
