### Downtown Oasis Home w Private Backyard & Hot Tub

Welcome to our Downtown Oasis! This fully equipped 3 bedroom home is perfect for your next trip to Houston.  
  
We invite you to enjoy our secluded backyard oasis! Our pool can be used to take a cool refreshing dip or a toasty spa-like soak. On cool nights, sit around a fire or cozy up with a glass of wine from the wine cooler and watch a movie on our projector screen.  
  
We're close enough to the city for business or pleasure but just far enough away to be out of hustle and bustle.  
  
The home has three bedrooms – one bedroom with a king bed (sleeps 2), one bedroom with a queen bed (sleeps 2), and one bedroom with a full bed and two small double beds (sleeps 4 in total). The home can sleep eight guests in beds, and there is an air mattress that can accommodate an additional two guests.  
  
The entire space is yours for the duration of your reservation. Our fully-stocked kitchen is equipped for basic cooking and baking. There is high-speed WIFI for any and all remote work needs. The 3rd bedroom can also be used as an office space complete with an office chair and a convertible office desk/shelf in the closet.  
  
The backyard is fully fenced in with an 8-foot privacy fence. Please enjoy our outdoor space, but be careful with the grill, fire pit, and pool and use them at your own risk. Our small, jacuzzi sized, pool can be heated and features a waterfall and jets so it may be used as a hot tub.  
  
We have a security camera that is connected to the privacy fence facing the driveway.  
  
Our location is about a 7-minute drive into downtown.  
Just down the street, you will also find a rail stop for the train that takes you downtown.  
We're even close enough that you could take a quick bike ride downtown if you wish.  
  
\- Please be mindful of noise and respectful to our neighbors. There is a 10 pm noise curfew in the neighborhood. Neighbors may call local law enforcement if noise levels are excessive after hours.  
\- Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside of the home. Smoking will result in a $500 fee.  
\- Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet.  
\- Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fee per guest per night.  
\- We do not permit parties or gatherings at the home. Parties and gatherings will result in a $2,000 fee in addition to the unauthorized guest fees and immediate cancellation of your reservation with an escort off of the property by law enforcement.  
\- There is no street parking at the house. You will need to park in the driveway.  
\- If you would like to use the firepit you need to provide your burning wood and supplies.

This property was perfect for myself and six of my daughter’s friends, ages 17 & 18 for my daughter’s 17th birthday. They absolutely loved the outdoor spa/pool with the fire pit for s’mores and outdoor projector too! Perfect location, close to fun restaurants in the Heights. We really enjoyed our stay!

#### Photos were misleading

The location is close to everything we wanted to do but the neighborhood was not great. Instantly upon arriving the home was not very clean and there was cigarettes and other items from previous guest party scattered among patio. This may be a result of us requesting an early check in so I understand and am grateful we were able to get in by 1. The walls were filthy and even had patched holes. Worst of all the A/C and many of the light/fan switches did not function as intended. Pool was extremely refreshing and clean.

#### I’ve Stayed In Better Rentals

Nice Place, near downtown, neighborhood ok safe, home just need better up keep. Housekeeping needs improving and we had electrical problems in the master bedroom that was communicated to the owner. Toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall in master bedroom; scarf was left between the sofa from previous guess I I think she was trying to beat us to the draw by filing a property damage claim on us (I haven’t looked into what that is all about) , when this is the condition we found her place in. We only stayed two nights barely used anything and wasn’t there until night time.

The rooms are smaller than appear. The top bunk bed is difficult to get into. They only left us 3 rolls of toilet papers and I roll of paper towels for an entire weekend with 6 people. The towels had a funny smell. There was no wood in the fire pit. The pool is NOT a pool, it is a dirty jacuzzi. We could not reach the manager initially to access the property. Good side, the livingroom is spacious and nice. The master is nice.

My girlfriends and I (a group of 8) enjoyed staying at this property very much! The outdoor space was lovely to sit and enjoy a glass of wine, and everything inside was clean and spacious. The check-in instructions were easy and Maria was available to chat with when needed. Overall, the house was everything we needed for the weekend.
