Staff was nice and attentive. Room was pretty dirty, smelled or covered up cigarette smoke. Almost no insulation between rooms. I could.hear snoring, talking, other things, like it was happening in my own room.

Hotel is decent the area however isn’t the best. Lost of transients. Building and the parking lot have cracks and partial new paint in some areas not in others. Breakfast wasn’t terrible and the lobby is well kept. Staff were nice and polite

My only complaint is the quality of the mattresses in hotels; they are lumpy and I wake up with a back ache.

Would choose a different Hotel
Hotel seems to be a transitional place. Carpet was filthy and there were cockroaches. Linens and towels appeared clean.

Staff was professional. Room looked decent upon entering however, a closer look revealed filth in several areas for instance back of the door locked like someone pissed on it. Carpet was horribly filthy. Bathtub had spots. I was so tired i.forced myself to take a nap but i left the room about 8 pm and never returned. I sleep on a relatives couch instead. I am still waiting on the refund from expedia

Do not go! Roaches bugs terrible customer service
Terrible do not stay here! They charge 87-90 dollars…. It should be an old motel 6 that charges 53.99 bugs in bathtub roaches crawling on ceilings! Mold EVERYWHERE

Avoid this place at all costs
This was the creepiest and filthiest place I’ve ever stayed at. Maybe you’ll say “ well you get what you pay for” but I’ve stayed at other hotels in this price point and it want this gross. There was stains on the phone. Stains on the towels hanging in the bathroom. Stains on the carpet. My room smelled like cat urine. And then there was this guy that stood outside in the hallway for at least 4 hours. He had seen me see him so I was scared to report him until I had left since I was traveling alone. I slept with a bench pushed up against the door because honestly it felt super sketchy.

There were young adults loitering around the property after 3am and a couple of guys sleeping in a pickup truck. A lot of rampant pot smell around the grounds the night I stayed. The property is run down and in need of refreshing. Dirty walls in the bathroom, Dingy lighting, parking lot is full of potholes. The list goes on. I was surprised to find a place this run down in the Woodlands area. Please put money and personnel into this place. It’s in a good area. Also invest in a security presence. Beds were clean though and toilet also.

It was okay
The common issue of shower curtain poorly fitted and funky water stream in shower leaves water on the floor. The bed was decent, some minor stains on carpet and blanket. The breakfast offered severally limited. The price was excellent and staff was friendly.

Room was ran down. The room was on second floor and the floor sloped. The ac never fully cooled down the room. There was a ceiling fan that didnt work. Inquired abought ceiling fan and they said there was a short. The bathtub was slipoery with no security bars. And the tub didnt seem secure. The grout around bathroom was not clean. Aksed about the pool and was told oh its been closed for months. The breakfast wasnt very impressive.

Property, except the office was extremely dirty from the minute you walk into the room, the dirty, tub was damaged, cockroaches everywhere. Asked for another room, front desk person said they were all booked up even though thd parking lot was mostly empty all night. Horrible, Horrible place...DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!
