Our bathroom door frame was nit cleaned, it had makeup all around the door frame. That for ths most part made the room a bit imeasy to stay in. Everything else was ok.

The price was extremely high, there were holes in the walls, leaks that had rolled over to the carpets making a bad smell, there were bugs in our room. Just a VERY unpleasant experience.

Centralized location although very noisy because of proximity to the freeway. Garage gate does not work with the room key. I booked a room with free breakfast but did not deliver with what is booked.

Great hotel. Very nice bed, TV excellent, check in and out friendly, bathroom raindrop shower and liquid soaps, mini fridge, microwave, fancy coffee maker, ice machine, room really clean, and no noisy neighbors.

Like the location but the property is really outdated and needs major renovations. Only one or two elevators worked at time and took a long time to arrive.

The property is old and outdated . We were on the third floor and there were 4 large floor fans on as if there was a leak on the carpet they were trying to dry . The problem was that the fans were very noisy . We were moved to the 15th floor which was quiet until the morning traffic started. Our room 1509 had a water leak in the bathroom right over the toilet . Annoying as you’re doing your business. lol . Not a lot value for what we paid . Won’t be going back .

Was a good stay. Stayed one night only, two queen beds, without breakfast. Very clean and updated. Great staff. The only thing is ceiling kind of too low. Old building, outside looks really old. Inside seems like everything is updated. Looks very nice! Great location! Best price through Expedia. Highly recommend!

Everything was top quality. The restaurant in the building was amazing. We ate there for dinner and breakfast. Each chef and cook food was excellent. The room was deodorized right before we entered. It smelled clean and fresh...all around good experience

The first room I got when checked in did not have a vanity around the sink in the bathroom, no waste cans, no refrigerator, no coffee maker, no microwave. I didn't have time to complain I had to get going.
Front desk was very helpful, I had a new room by 10 the next morning.
Cleaning staff needs training. Don't start knocking on an occupied room at 9 in the morning asking "are you sleeping" go cleanan un occupied room.

Toilet did not work in our room the entire stay. They tried to fix 4 times without success. Many items broken in the room and in building, including other bathrooms.

The card swipe to get in the building did not function. The water to the facility was being turned off at 9am this morning (we should have been notified of this before arrival). The coffee pot in the room did not work. There was no ice machine on our floor although one was indicated. The vending machine on our floor was completely out of product. An extremely disappointing stay which colored our time in Houston negatively.
