Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire home during their stay, including the living room, kitchen, dining area, all three bedrooms, and both bathrooms. The home also includes access to a small private backyard—perfect for fresh air or outdoor relaxation. Free parking is available on-site. Please note that all bedrooms are located upstairs, and the living spaces are on the ground floor.

The home offers easy access to I-45, making it simple to reach downtown Houston, the Medical Center, the Heights, and other major areas in under 15 minutes. Free on-site parking is available for guests. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available and typically arrive within minutes. Public transit options are nearby, though a car is recommended for maximum convenience and flexibility during your stay.  
  
Please note that all bedrooms are located upstairs, and there is no elevator access. The unit does not have a washer or dryer. Parking is limited to the garage only—no additional parking is available within the community, and extra vehicles must park outside the gate. This is a quiet, residential area with enforced quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Guests are expected to follow all community rules and be respectful of neighbors. wifi is temporarily unavailable - please contact host for hotspot or other options  
Parking: Parking is permitted in the garage only. No additional guest parking is available inside the community. Any extra vehicles must be parked outside the gated area on nearby public streets. Do not block driveways or other garage spaces. Violations may result in fines or towing by the HOA.  
  
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.  
  
No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed. Unauthorized guests are also prohibited. Quiet enjoyment of the space is expected at all times.  
  
Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a residential community, and respectful noise levels are required.  
  
Respect for Property: Please treat the home with care. Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly. Lost or damaged items may be subject to a fee.  
  
Check-Out Procedures: Please take all personal belongings, remove trash to the designated bin, wash any used dishes, and lock the door upon departure.
