The apartment was ideal for myself, my wife and my adult daughter. It felt safe and secure with electronic access required for the apartment building, the parking garage and the apartment itself. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot and not have to leave the car out in the sun. The apartment was fitted out with everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Whenever we had a question both before and during our stay, Toni responded almost immediately to our messages on the VRBO site. Best of all is the location. Citycenter is stuffed full of good places to eat and is right by I10 and Beltway 8, giving easy access to other parts of the Houston. We will stay here again on our next trip to Houston. ##### Tim S. The “second” bedroom is a large room, without a window, partitioned with a plastic accordion type divider which gives no privacy and no natural light. The partition was actually broken so the maintenance had to come and secure it to the wall. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable as you can feel the bars under the mattress. Many things need to be replaced, and it needs a really good clean including carpets. Sheets, duvets covers and bed pillows need to be replaced and pillow protectors should be used. There are no dresser drawers to put clothes in for long stays it would be nice to have. There is only one key fob with one garage gate opener so when you have 3 adults you have to request a quest key for your phone every three days.
