Offering 3 comfy bedrooms & 2.5 modern baths on each side, for a total of 6 bedrooms it's perfect for your H-Town visit. Enjoy contemporary design & comfort in one side of our pristine duplex. The space  
Need space for the whole group? Reserve our entire contemporary duplex! You get both 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom units side-by-side, totaling 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. It's the perfect solution for large groups wanting to stay together while still enjoying privacy and flexibility.  
  
Each unit boasts an open-concept living area, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a convenient half bath downstairs, and French doors opening to its own backyard space. Upstairs, each side offers privacy with a King master suite (private bath), a Queen room, and a room with two Twin beds, plus a shared hall bath.  
  
Plenty of room to gather, dine, and relax – enjoy the convenience of two homes in one booking!

Guests will have exclusive, private access to the Duplex. We ensure a private and enjoyable experience for your group.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. To request an early check-in or late check-out, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Fees apply for these requests, and fees will apply for late checkouts if cleaners are delayed.

For the comfort and health of all guests and staff (severe allergy), no animals of any kind are allowed on the property. Security cameras monitor the premises, and any evidence of any animals will result in immediate action, including involvement of VRBO customer service.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the residence and within 20 feet of entrances. This includes vaping and hookah.  
  
\*Trash
