The hotel was very clean and looked nice. The staff was friendly and polite. Not a real breakfast… they sat some bagels, tiny muffins, and yogurt cups out. Overall the hotel stay was great. No problems with checking in, stay, or checking out.

The property is fairly new so it was clean and staff was polite and professional. The airport shuttle was excellent. Breakfast need a little more selections. Overall wonderful stay.

I did not like the fact that the hotel was under renovations with only 1 floor in service. Very few staff around and rooms were not the best. Had a cockroach in my tub. The few staff I dealt with were friendly and professional but the hotel itself was very poor condition.

When I arrived at the hotel, it look like it wasn’t open. I went to check in and the front desk lady was very nice. The hotel was getting painted so there was plastic all over the walls as if they were in the middle of a remodel. The room seemed clean but I needed to use the laundry facilities and was told they were out of order. Thee continental breakfast was suppose to be from 6am to 9am. I arrived at 815am and everything was closed and put away. The lady at the front desk apologized and gave me a yogurt. Overall I would rate my stay a 5 out of 10 because of the remodel, the laundry facilities and the shutting down if breakfast early.

In construction, Don’t stay here!!! Nothing works correctly and no one knows how to fix it. My room was so hot that I couldn’t sleep, and now I have missed my shuttle. The driver is sitting here waiting and won’t move.

The property was under construction hence, many amenities were not in service. This was not mentioned on the website at booking. This was deceptive as I was looking forward to the swimming pool.

My room was wonderful! Clean, quiet and great people at the front desk. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay that is close to IAH. You won’t be disappointed.

It was quiet, but there wasn't 4 or 5 rooms booked. Some electric plugs didn't work. The clock didn't work. The breakfast eggs and sausage looked like they were round circles, heated at 6 am. We ate at 8:15. We did not eat the sausage/egg. They had english muffins, margarine, but no cream cheese... That's all we had. Meal was horrible.

Clean and quiet
The hotel was well kept. Renovations were occurring while there but didn't bother us. Only complaints are no water pressure in the shower, and the outlets didn't work when the lights were off. Bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. Staff was very friendly. Would stay there again.

Although my stay was short, I like the hotel. The young lady that worked the desk was super nice and professional and kept a smile on her face, I really do appreciate her customer service. Only negative thing I have to say is....the hotel needs a swimming pool, there is signage for a pool but no pool and it needs a ATM there as well
