Property was convenient, staff amazing, good good. Bed, pillows, sheets, air conditioner are all worn out and need upgrading. Airconditioner very noisy, prop could use another and larger elevator.

They were not able to find my reservation even though l gave them my confirmation number! ..then when l finally got a room , it was occupied!! I didn’t opened the door because l was able to hear voices inside , so l knocked instead .. l went back to front desk and got a different room, but th smell in this room was extremely strong and unpleasant!!!…l opened the door to let it air out for a good 20 min…the smell never went away!!! It was not a good experience having to deal with all of this issues! I would like management to follow up on this and to confirm this information the room l was given was room 611

Hotel it's self was pretty run down and the elevators made a noise so I was alittle nervous but when we got to our room it was very nice. It was clean and We had everything we needed. Parking was great also.

We were here for my husband’s MDAnderson appts and surgery. The room was clean , bed comfortable. Plenty of towels. Nice quiet hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Within walking distance of hospital. Will definitely come back.

I was very satisfied with the young lady at the front desk named Candice. She was very polite, courteous, caring, attentive, helpful and had a very kind personality. Really felt like she was determined to take care of the people.

Fitness center equipment in bad shape. Mattress not real comfortable. Breakfast mediocre. Coffee readily available and good. Parking very good. Staff helpful. Great location for medical center. Good food in walking distance. Good proximity to arts area.

There is nothing fancy about this property. However, it is clean and those working here are very helpful and friendly. If you are in the medical center and need a hotel that you will feel comfortable staying in the. You will want to stay here!
