Boat slip, and lift currently out of service Enjoy, relax, lounge on the screened porch with a good book, sunbathe on one of the open decks, swing in the shade over the water, fish off the dock, or bring your boat! This is a retreat, for healing, for peace, for fun. There is a private boat ramp, slip, and lift (currently out of service) at this fabulous bayfront home! One of the few, a rare find... Please contact us for approval if you need to use the boat equipment, (that is for experienced boaters only). A deposit is required. No boat, that's okay, fish right off the dock, then clean and cook your fresh catch on the grill provided. What an adventurous place to gather and vacation! After a fun day around the water, enjoy watching the evening sky change to gorgeous sunset colors. There is also a picnic table and grill under the house along with the swing for your enjoyment. Make time during your stay to head over to the famous Kemah Boardwalk, only 3.6 miles away, for dinner, drinks, shopping, rides and festivities. You won't want to go home, so book a few extra days if you can! A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. By far one of our favorite places we have ever stayed at. We were very satisfied. The linen was overstocked. There was extra fans for white noise. And the view was immaculate. The highlight of the stay was the outdoor space. We spent all our free time on the dock drinking coffee or wine and looking at the lake. It was a great space for 5 adults who were in town for a wedding. Many of the reviews talked about the number of stairs in the unit. Definitely read amenities before going shopping—they are upfront about it, but there is no foil, baggies, etc. I would suggest some cards, dice & another game or two, but overall good experience! Séjour de 3 nuits en juin 2023 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### sherri b. 20 mai 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Beautiful property just a few problems. We loved the location and the peacefulness of the harbor. The property has many steps. Steps to get to main level. Steps to get to 2 spare bedrooms. Steps from that level to master bedroom and then steps from master bedroom to bathroom. House was clean and well equipped. We had a couple of problems but they did quickly send a repairman to take care of them. The fan in the master bathroom is crazy loud and needs attended to and the master bath mirror is an antique but not useful as a mirror to see. Just a few tweaks and this could be a total gem.The steps were okay for us but many would have a problem. It was a good workout for our legs. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again with just a few suggestions for the next guests. ##### sherri b.
