Fully furnished with WiFi and a 50" Roku Smart TV. The unit features AC and heating, an in-unit washer/dryer, a full kitchen, and an office desk. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, pots, pans, and cooking spices. Complimentary coffee and water are provided.

The house was very spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. A few broken things here and there but overall, a good experience.

Spacious and clean. Very comfortable except for entrance with a/c exhaust blowing on you as you unlock the door. Entrance does not smell good. Everything past the entrance is good. Owner is responsive.
