Alarm went off when opening the door for the first time - management was responsive to getting it fixed. Notified them then that bedroom fan & light weren’t working and it was warm (July in Houston). Never did fix that in the 5 days we were there. Bathroom showers dripped, rooms weren’t well ventilated to get any cool air from the air conditioner. The pool and beautifully maintained grounds were definitely the highlight of our stay. Everything was clean, well cared for, and surprisingly peaceful — the entire property had a quiet, relaxed vibe that made it feel like a true escape. We visited the pool almost daily and often had it completely to ourselves, which made it even more enjoyable.Every staff member we encountered, whether in person or virtually, was incredibly friendly and helpful. As a plant lover, I especially appreciated the lush, thoughtfully maintained greenery throughout the property — it added so much to the atmosphere.The location was also perfect: walking distance to great shops, restaurants, and everything we needed.If I had to note one minor drawback, it would be that the kitchen was very minimally stocked — only three plates and just the bare essentials in terms of utensils. One thing I appreciate in condo rentals is when they include extras like an air fryer, especially since so many travelers bring back leftovers from local spots. Hosts communicated well (at times I wished for a consolidated email or text rather than multiples). They did make sure we had all the info we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. On arrival, check-in was easy and apartment was clean. It is somewhat dated but met all our requirements, and would stay here again. The pool area is great and very peaceful to relax around.
