We are delighted to welcome you to this charming house with a large 900m² plot, 2.5 km from the largest lake in France. A short walk from the large sandy beaches, the ocean is 12 km away. A stone's throw from the bike path. A warm and comfortable new build, independent for 4 people with 2 beds, 2 bedrooms, two 0.90x1.90m beds and a 1.40x1.90m bed with built-in wardrobes. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen: refrigerator, induction hob, combination microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the kitchen essentials for making delicious meals! The "little extras": a dishwasher to put an end to the chore of washing up on vacation, a washing machine and a dryer for even more convenience! A living room/dining room with a leather sofa, various furniture: table, chairs, sideboard, etc., a Samsung smart TV to enjoy all your favorite programs! Wi-Fi internet connection. Bathroom with shower, bathtub, and sink. Separate toilet. Outside: Very large shaded south-facing terrace with a covered or uncovered area, depending on your preference. View of the oak forest opposite. Not overlooked. Dining table, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue grill, and parasol. Lockable garden shed to secure your bikes or other equipment. A very large enclosed parking lot is available (large sliding gate provides security for the whole family). We will be delighted to welcome you and offer quality service with linens included. Your bed will be made and towels provided. Reversible air conditioning (additional consumption based on meter reading). Enjoy a relaxing stay and recharge your batteries! HOURTIN, a charming village in the Médoc region... The town center of Hourtin with its market (in season: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday), shops, and supermarkets... Bike rentals available. Supermarket 500m from the cottage. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
