Enjoy the convenience of AC, heating, a washing machine, high-speed Internet, and more. Two bathrooms with a hair dryer and shower ensure comfort for all guests. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our apartment. This unit is handicap accessible with no steps at the front or back. Wide hallway and 3’ doors in bedrooms and bathrooms. Grab bars located in both bathrooms. Grill available, seasonally, garage not included with rental. No smoking, No Pets regardless of size, cuteness, or function. In an effort to accommodate families, we allow five guests at Meadow Lane with a max of four adults over 18\. Contractors working in the area, two workers per unit maximum. If you need additional space, check out our unit on the other side, Lantern Lane. \-No parties or gatherings exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed.
