Thank you for your review! Indeed, we do not have a hot breakfast, but we do provide you with Kitchens and almost anything you need to make a hot breakfast. And are within walking distance of the local Walmart.

We stayed in a deluxe king suite. Roomy and comfortable. Had kitchen, allowing us to cook a meal , kick back and relax while visiting my son from MTU. Seems like a newer hotel, everything about it was top notch. Friendly staff at check in and while getting morning coffee. Would stay there again.

Everything was great. Very clean and new. Only thing to improve would be comfort of pull out bed, mattress was pretty uncomfortable, and wrong size bar chairs.

I was expecting a normal hotel, i was shocked to see a full kitchen! I felt like i was in a mini apartment! Tub was awesome and big! Place was clean and adorable. Bed and pillows were so comfortable!!! Loved it Will definitely come back next visit!

What a pleasant surprise! The room was clean, modern, and spacious. There is a bar/restaurant across the parking lot. Next time we visit our MTU student, we'll stay again.

Very large and clean room. Excellent value! This was a very pleasant surprise staying in an area that usually is very expensive.

Very clean and large rooms
Was up in Houghton visiting our daughter at MTU and stayed here a couple of nights. This hotel is very new and very clean and is close to restaurants and shopping in Houghton as well as the college. Our room was large and had a kitchen with full size refrigerator, cooktop, sink and some basic cookware and utensils. Everything in the hotel and in our room seemed new and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Only negative I can think of is there was no hot breakfast provided and no decaf coffee available but they did provide some pre-wrapped muffins and fruit near the desk. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again.

Stayed here for just one night and it was great. Our room was right off the entrance and it was still very quiet. Room was spotless. Bed was firm yet very comfortable. We used the iron and it was much better than mine at home. Both employees I came into contact with at the desk were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel. We certainly stay at this property again when we are in Houghton. One minor complaint.... The cable tv for the hotel does not offer PBS or CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Company) like other hotels/ B&B in the area. PBS and CBC are the only TV that we watch. We were able to watch PBS on our computers.

Absolutely!
Hidden gem. Super clean, comfortable and updated. Quiet surroundings. Will stay again if in the area. Highly recommend. Price was reasonable.
