Really nice hotel

Just a few days away walking, great area for walking, can be wet but would not have rivers etc if dry all the time.

Pros: everything
Cons: length of time waiting for breakfast
Location: Walks, beautiful environment , good beer and food at a reasonable price seaside
Excellent , enjoyed the holiday and hotel, lovely village and local area

Lovely refurbished hotel in a great location
Posted 28-Aug-2016We had a great stay at the Saracen's Head in Beddgelert. The building dates back to tudor times but the rooms have been recently refurbished to a high standard. Our room overlooked the river and across to the mountain, which was a lovely view. Free parking and free tasty breakfast in the morning. Nice to be able to pop down to the pub for dinner as well, and despite having the pub downstairs, the rooms upstairs are very quiet. Only complaint would be the free wifi, which was unreliable and slow, and couldn't cope with both my boyfriend and I being online at the same time.

Great place to stay, only small point is that they could do with more comfy chairs for residents to relax in after a long day walking
