BEWARE
BEWARE OF THE PET POLICY FEES! Fees upon check in for pets are over 300.00! I didn’t see the pet policy prior as we were traveling and needed to book quickly. The lady at the desk told me I could get a refund. I did not take the keys and booked a different hotel. Later the management refused to give a refund even though we didn’t stay. I ended up paying for these two rooms and two more at a different hotel. Management does not treat customers with honor. I am still happy I did not stay since reading prior reviews about bed bug bites and hard mattresses. Worth the money to escape those two things.

There was a wonderful Italian restaurant next to the hotel. Front desk staff was very polite and efficient with check-in. The one issue was the fitness center- it was not "available" until 0700 which is far too late for those working/traveling. Guest rooms are apparently across the hall, which is the understandable rationale. However, one of the amenities we search for when reserving a hotel is a fitness center, since most of our team have a routine that includes that morning activity. This was disappointing and a deal breaker for future.

Toilet seat was extremely loose and there was mold in the bathroom. And breakfast we were told was from from 6:00 to 8:00 and when we got up in the morning the lady at the desk told us it was from 7:00 to 8:00. Not much time for breakfast and kind of late

Rooms were nice and clean, hotel was clean, restaurants were within walking distance of hotel. Pleanty of parking behind hotel, but the breakfast wasnt much to brag about.
