Só falta o elevador para ser melhor
Reservei um quarto com duas camas de solteiro pois fomos uma amiga e eu para um congresso, cheguei lá e o quarto estava com cheiro de mofo e uma cama de casal. Conversei com recepcionista que prontamente me trocou de quarto. A vista era um muro rebocado porém as camas boas, chuveiro maravilhoso e ar condicionado geladinho. O café da manhã superou muito minhas expectativas, delicioso e com vista para o mar. Único problema é que fica no quarto andar e não tem elevador. Um idoso é pouco provável que consiga subir as escadas. Os quarto são pequenos porém como íamos pro hotel somente pra dormir, não foi um problema. A educação do pessoal de Fortaleza é diferente, todos muito educados e prontos para resolverem os problemas que aparecem.

A limpeza não estava das melhores, mas as condições gerais do quarto são boas (cama boa, chuveiro com potência e água em boa temperatura). O café da manhã é bom (há uma pessoa pra fazer omeletes e tapiocas, o que já é excelente), mas, se chegar depois das 9h, possivelmente algo já vai ter acabado e eles não devem repor mais (vi isso em relação ao suco detox). No geral, atende às expectativas!

O atendimento é ótimo, porém a estrutura deixa muito a desejar. Descarga do vaso sanitário é fraca, chuveiro é horrível, tive q me acocar pra tomar banho com a ducha, uma humilhação. Café da manhã é pouco variado, mas gostoso. Em resumo, nao valeu o preço da diária cobrada. Agora entendi pq o Carmel vendeu esse hotel, não era o padrão deles. Vcs deviam ao menos ter pintado os moveis, feito umas manutenções, etc
