Very comfortable and clean room - with an actual closet, supplied with hangers, two luggage racks, iron and board, and extra pillows. Sitting area included a recliner and two chairs. Dining room well staffed, provided a wide range of breakfast choices. I highly recommend The Inn at Horse Heaven in Prosser.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are well maintained and clean, thr bed was super comfortable and it was pet friendly. I'm a bit of a hotel snob and this place was great.

The room has an excellent minifridge and microwave. We got a dog-friendly room. The pool is nice. Everything is clean!

Very friendly staff, great cook to order breakfast omelets and breakfast bar with hot food, pool/hot tub, and king suite has full living room and full kitchen. Excellent!

Hello, I had reserved a queen room for my 1 night stay. The reservation was done on my app, reservation made efficiently. No where did it say the room was not available. Upon checking in, no mention was made to a change in room. I unlocked the room to find I was put in a conference room, with a twin Murphy bed - huge conference table, tons of conference chairs. I was to tired to complain but for $186.00 I should have had a queen size bed.

The outside was well maintained! However, the two things i did not happy about were: 1. I reserved a room online with two queen beds and was given a handicap room with one bed. 2 the toilet had been cleaned in at least two weeks as it had a dirty ring at the water line

Wine Country
Spent 3 memorable nights and days at the hotel. A great place to stay and relax, as well as being close to many amazing wineries and beautiful country! Everything about the hotel was great, including the quietness, cleanliness, comfortable bed, breakfast and friendly staff. We would definitely return, and would highly recommend to friends and family!

Our stay was perfect! Everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful and professional. Breakfast was great and even the children in the sunny outdoor pool were well behaved. We would definitely recommend The Best Western Plus when visiting in Prosser, WA.

We stayed here a couple weeks ago and had an excellent stay. Today we checked in, and our room had a Smokey minty smell. I called right away, and Amanda was able to get us another room right away.

The lobby is beautiful at Horse Heaven. Customer service is terrific. The rooms are clean and smell good. The only complaint I have is that I stated that I was 2 guests, my mother and I, but there was only one coffee pod in the room. 1 regular and 1 decaf to be exact. But we need our caffeine so there should be 2 pods with caffeine and one without I think. I tried to get one more from the front desk but after waiting 5 minutes along with several other guests I gave up.
