The dining table is the perfect spot for family conversation and maybe a rousing competition with all the games provided in this home. The bedrooms are cozy and quiet, offering comfort at the end of the day, and the deck with wooded views offers a place to sit and just breathe! There is a BBQ grill on the deck. This Comfortable home is awaiting you and yours! \*\*Located in the garage, you find putters and golf balls to use at the mini-golf course here in the Village. Also, located in the garage, the owners have included the use of 2 Kayaks (please wear protective vests), Pickleball and Tennis equipment. \*\* NO parties! Quiet time after 10:00 p.m. No Smoking Pets allowed with a fee The Village offers 8 golf courses, 11 lakes, miles and miles of trails, a large bank of pickleball courts, outdoor pool, work out center, mini golf course, 2 beaches, and 2 marinas that have kayak and boat rentals.
