With muted tones and a calming decor, it is a wonderful place to vacation. A comfortable reclining couch and two cozy chairs provide room to relax and watch a movie on the big screen TV. A soothing dining area with access to a deck, complete with a table, chairs and umbrella is the perfect spot to have your meals. In the bright Sunroom, enjoy a full-size futon couch/sleeper which provides a lounging area, access to a small deck and a desk for your laptop. The warm and cozy kitchen is stocked with all the basics to feel at home. In the Master Bath, you'll find a jetted soaking tub, two closet areas and pocket doors on either end for privacy. There is also a Walk in Shower and a Powder room offering plenty of room for everyone to prepare for the day. This property is very close to a gas station, liquor store, restaurants, hiking paths and more. Located 2 miles inside the west gate, close to Golf Courses, Lake DeSoto, and only 20 minutes to downtown Hot Springs, this Townhome provides convenience with a luxury feel.
