We offer a 10% discount for military and repeat customers. As you might imagine the more people means more upkeep and expense for us. We are charging a nominal fee of 20 dollars per person per night over 12 people. I would definitely recommend this home to others. The drive to downtown Hot Springs is about 25ish minutes so we didn’t go there every day. The adults spent most of their time on the deck, which has gorgeous views (more beautiful than the photos)--whether it was clouds descending on the mountains or even a rainbow after a storm. But the children could not get enough of the game room--an old-school Nintendo, foosball table, cards, and space just for them. It was refreshing to stay at one of these larger homes that is as nice as the pictures show. We had nine adults staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the view from the outside deck and sat out there each evening for dinner and conversation. The firepit was nice too.
